Accessibility

A website that people can read, navigate, and share in different ways.

Draft statement for review. This describes the design approach, not a certification of conformance.

Using the website

Pages use headings, descriptive links, and breadcrumb navigation. A “Skip to main content” link is available at the start of each page. Menus and links can be used with a keyboard, and the layout adapts to smaller screens.

Section headings include a link that can be copied or opened to return directly to that part of the page. Text can be enlarged using your browser’s zoom controls. The site respects your device’s preference for reduced motion.

Resources on other websites

Some resources are maintained by other organizations. Their formats and accessibility may differ from this site. Where a resource is difficult to use, let us know which link or document caused a problem.

Tell us about a barrier

Contact the Council Secretariat. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the problem you encountered. Details about your browser or assistive technology can help if you are comfortable sharing them.
